Effective for sleep
Although this melatonin is intended for infants, I purchased the 1mg version for my elderly mother, who is a breast cancer patient trying melatonin for the first time. Initially, I was concerned about side effects, but it has proven effective for her. She has been able to sleep soundly without adverse symptoms, so I plan to buy it again and also get some for myself and a friend suffering from the same condition.
